Account manager

We are looking for a radiant, energetic and decisive account manager. A star in maintaining customer relationships, recruiting new clients and identifying opportunities with existing and new clients. A go-getter with extensive experience in selling online (marketing) services and products. Do you feel addressed? Then you might be the one to join our team full-time!

What are you going to do?

As an account manager you are responsible for building good customer relationships and the flow of orders from customers to us. You are active with our clients on a daily basis. Whether it concerns the development of a corporate identity, the construction of a website, the implementation of a webshop or an online marketing issue: you are the person to go to.

You ensure that the customer demand is translated into a suitable solution. You then convert this into a customized proposal. You will work closely with the other colleagues within Vrolijk Online. Together with the management, you draw up a sales plan with clear objectives for the coming period. With this action plan you will get to work and you will have a large part of the Vrolijk Online customer base under your care. Together with fellow account and project managers, you are the first point of contact within our company. You are solution-oriented and able to think beyond your nose (or that of the client) and come up with tailor-made proposals and advice.

With a multidisciplinary team, consisting of account and project managers, developers, designers, copywriters and online marketers, you strive for an optimal end result for every customer. That makes you happy! And us as well!

What do we ask of you?

  • You work independently and show initiative
  • You are decisive and you like to tackle
  • You have good communication skills, both oral and written
  • You are commercially savvy; you create sales opportunities and are not afraid to proactively present ideas to our clients
  • You work out account plans for existing and new clients and coordinate these with the client.
  • You are responsible for new business
  • You are able to work out a sales plan
  • You organize (online) events where we can showcase our knowledge.
  • You ensure that you increase the network by participating in network events or network clubs.
  • You work accurately
  • You have a completed HBO education or HBO thinking level in the direction of (online) marketing and communication
  • You have several years of work experience on the agency side
  • You are happy!
