We were allowed to use our full service skills for midwifery practice Belle Vie. From branding and construction to online marketing. The whole package. Belle Vie needed to renew her identity. Contemporary and up to date. In this case you can read how the project developed from start to rusk with mice.
We started with the redesign of the logo. We shaped the letter B of Belle Vie as the silhouette of the woman. The curves of the B represent her breasts and stomach with a heart that refers to both love and life. Belle Vie chose to keep the colors pink and green. We replaced the bright variants from the previous logo with soft pastel shades.
Belle Vie offers more than guidance during pregnancy and delivery. Since its founding in 1985, the practice has grown into a women's center where, in addition to obstetrics, you can also go for information, contraception, coaching, ultrasound, massages and preconception care. The subtitle Midwifery Practice no longer covered the meaning. We came up with a new tagline: Birth care & welfare. This way you immediately see what Belle Vie stands for.
We developed a new corporate identity and created a recognizable icon for all Belle Vie services. We recorded all the basic elements of the new style in a manual: logo, use of color, typography, photography and icons. We brought the corporate identity to life for the customer with examples of applications.
In the end, we realized a lot of means on which the new identity of Belle Vie is reflected. In addition to letterheads, envelopes and business cards, we were also allowed to design folders, appointment cards, templates for presentations and birth certificates. And of course a ready-to-use e-mail signature suitable for HTML conversion for a good visual display.
The former website had a lot of content in many places. The pieces of text made it quite a pleasure to see the forest for the trees. It was hardly clear that Belle Vie is more than just midwifery. We made the range visible with new interaction and visual designs and a clear menu structure. The different services of Belle Vie have a - deserved - prominent place in the new set-up and are therefore more approachable. We also made the website a lot more intimate with personal stories from both the team and the customers of Belle Vie.
For expressions on social media, we have drawn up a brandbook so that Belle Vie can communicate in line with the new corporate identity. Soft, recognizable and familiar. We provided tools for different types of messages, header and feed and created templates for recurring themes such as information evenings and births.
We created a content calendar to aid in planning, organizing and publishing messages on social media. In addition to general holidays, we included all kinds of hook-up days that are interesting for the industry in the annual calendar. In this way Belle Vie has a good grip on what and when to communicate. A kind of à terme for posts ;-)
In order to properly measure the various performance of the new website, we have set up accounts with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. For example, we closely follow the developments of the website, just like a health clinic does for babies. We also conducted a keyword research and performed an SEO technical check. On the basis of all this data, we can always make adjustments to optimize findability and conversion.
We set up a Google My Business (GMB) company profile for four Belle Vie locations. GMB, also known as Google My Business, is an advertising service for local businesses that have offline physical interactions with customers in addition to online. With the free tool you determine how your local company is displayed in Google products such as Maps and Search. A handy way for Belle Vie to acquire even more local leads.
